Serendipity has been declared one of the hardest words to define. The word lends itself to the ideas of discovery, romance, and good fortune. Maybe you will find your own definition after you visit with any one of us, (or all of us!) here at Serendipity salon and day spa. Brenda, our RMT, is also our big-hearted bombshell. Her magic hands will soothe your aches and pains away, and her healing advice will energize you until your next session with her.
Our resident butterfly, Carly, will weave her beautiful music into your hair with creative and artistic detail. Her heartfelt warmth will rejuvenate your soul, and her talent will amaze you.
Catherine, our salon “mater”, brings her practical experience to everything she touches. If you have any challenges with your hair, she’ll sort ‘em out, keeping you laughing the whole time.
Errin Mocilac, Serendipity’s new leader, feels that fate and fortune were definitely on her side when she and her husband became the proud new owners on July 15th, 2009. She loves the sense of community in Peachland, and receives many warm welcomes and blessings from the residents, for which she’s both pleased and grateful.
Errin brings with her a creative view, a strong work ethic, and her accommodating nature. Errin has been a “Fully Qualified” Member of the Cosmetology Industry Association of British Columbia (CIABC) since 1999. She also became a Wella Certified Master Colourist in 2007. Errin’s sense of humour and sunny smile will bring vibrancy and happiness to your visit with her; your fabulous hair is just the bonus!
Sarah’s bold red hair may appear as a reflection of a fiery spirit, but she is surprisingly gentle with her waxing techniques. Her highly creative nail designs showcase her attention to detail, and her drive to perfect her skills.
As our spa manager, Tricia benefits our guests with many years of esthetic experience. Combined with her talent, her down-to-earth practicality will instantly comfort you. She will keep your skin satin-smooth and glowing with her exquisite body treatments, facials, and skin-care recommendations.
Su, Serendipity's receptionist, welcomes any challenge as an opportunity to wow you with her competence and composure. A true professional, she will help you with your appointments, services, and questions, all with a cheery grin.
